What does scorching food in the microwave do to the nutritional value of food?
I’m just curious about how burning things in the microwave might affect their nutritional/chemical makeup (for instance, burned popcorn).
Overheating food deteriorates it’s nutritional value. So it doesn’t matter if it’s cooked in the microwave or on the stove or in the oven. If it’s over cooked, it has fewer nutrients.
