What can I season sweet potatoes with?
I usually just bake them plain and eat them with ranch sauce. I’m looking for some new ideas.
I cut them into chunks (or strips like french fries), lightly coat with olive oil (or spray with non-stick cooking spray), sprinkle with a mixture of white sugar and cumin (or chili powder if you don’t have cumin)–about half of each–and just a tiny bit of salt. Bake until soft. Yum!
